Abstract Preparation

Please note that the on-line submission system will be closed after deadline (Submission Deadline: March 30 April 13, 2012). International Conference on Radiation Belts and Space Weather recommends all authors to complete all submission procedures well in advance. Original Abstracts reporting on new research and development results as well as practical implementations and applications in the technical areas as described in the Scope are solicited. Each author is requested to submit a one page-long abstract in PDF or Word file. The one-page abstract must be prepared on A4- size page, typed single-spaced and Supporter columned within 17 cm x 24 cm area. The title of the Abstract, author’s name, affiliation must appear at the top of the page, followed by a 500-word abstract.

Abstract Submission

On-line submission is mandatory and facilities for on-line submission will be provided on the conference web site. All regular and invited Abstracts must be registered via the conference abstract submission web site. (http://www.geni-pco.com/rbsp2012/default.php) Please do not send the Abstract by e-mail, fax or regular mail.

Step. 1	Create your ID and password.
Step. 2	Submit your Abstract in PDF or Word File via on-line Abstract submission with your ID & Password no later than March 30, 2012 April 13, 2012
Step. 3	After your Abstract submission, you will receive the confirmation letter from the Conference Secretariat including your Abstract number and the other specific information by e-mail.
